Compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act
In Ontario, all employers are required to comply with the Ontario Regulations under the Occupational Health & Safety Act. This Act requires that every employer do 'everything reasonable under the circumstances for the protection of the worker.' S. 25 (2) (h)
To meet this requirement, the employer may be required (but not limited) to train their employees in various health and safety programs. With this in mind, First Response offers one-stop-shopping, for a number of required training courses. These include:
